- What team are you in and what does an average day look like?
As a Sales Manager within the Electronics activity, I drive business development and all aspects of sales in France to the Semiconductor industry. My main responsibility is to enhance business and positive customer relationships by supporting the Electronics industry in its numerous projects and challenges and catching the sustainable growth opportunities foreseen in the coming years.
- The project you are the proudest of...
To address the shortage of hydroalcoholic gel in France (Q2 2020), one of our key customers and Air Liquide have combined their skills and efforts to produce a local and immediate alternative based on World Health recommendations. A fantastic “out of the box” initiative that strengthened Customer eXperience in an uncertain context and allowed our customer to both maintain its production and protect the Healthcare local ecosystem (nurses, ambulance drivers, etc.)!
- What's the one thing most people don't know about you?
With a very challenge oriented mind since I was a kid, I decided a few years ago to run the Paris marathon. The day of the race, my left leg was injured after 2 kilometers? but I refused to give up and finished the 40 kilometers remaining anyway. That is a partial image of my determination (or stubbornness, after interpretation)!
- Anything else you want to add that candidates interested in joining Air Liquide may want to know?
By joining Air Liquide a few years ago, I have had the opportunity to work in different innovative and inspiring workplaces by embracing multiple cultures and markets. I am thankful for the energy given to Employee Experience within an international organization whose robustness and resilience have been demonstrated during the sanitary crisis.
